4. Digital Products

No physical products are shipped.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Once payment has been successfully processed and access to a simulation or digital content has been granted:
- Refunds will not be issued.
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are not available.
- Purchased access cannot be transferred to another individual.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- A duplicate payment has been charged due to a system error.
- A payment was processed incorrectly due to a technical issue caused by SkillStep.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
